He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Vogt (Barlock); his children, Sandra Fox (Josh) of Gnadenhutten, Barbara Rankin of Canton, Sarah Vogt of Kent and Michael Wolfarth of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Gavin Rankin and Adalyn; and his sister Janet Vogt of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
