He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Martin Fouts and Lela G. Fouts Akey (Covert); his siblings, Marilyn Beorn, Josephine "Dody" Conway and Robert Fouts; and his daughter Kimberly Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Page; his daughters, Deborah McBeth (Kenneth) and Nancy Fouts; his son-in-law John Morris (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Vonnie Weaver (Scott) and Matthew Morris (Hilary); and his great grandchildren, Austin Weaver, Kimberlyn Morris, Nash Morris and Boedy Morris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church and Community Hospice.
