Phyllis Allene Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Allene (Uhrichsville, Ohio), who passed away on October 26, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Andi Carpenter; and her siblings, Raymond, Blaine, Robert, Byron Roahrig, Sarah Allensworth, Virginia Porter, Joyce Clough, Katherine Clark and Vivian Roahrig.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dude Lukens (Debbie), Cindy Soule and Teddi Fanty (Kenneth); her great grandchildren, Drew Lukens (Melissa), Andi Henry (Corey), Michelle Wolf (John), Sara Clayton (Mike), Amy Showalter (Mike) and Chris Fanty; and her nieces and nephews, Vonnie Cox and Jo-Ann Garabrandt. She is also survived by great-great-granddaughter; sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hennis Care Centre Bolivar's Hattie's House.
