He was predeceased by: his parents, Rick Allen and Carolyn Sue Norman (Wells). He is survived by: his nephew Dustin Norman; his children, Brittany Mills, Brennon Mills (Karleigh) and Reagan Norman (Brodey Parsons); his grandchildren, Zarah, Zophia, Zayd, Oaklyn, Joseph and Parker; his siblings, Jeffrey Norman, Heather Watkins (Gary) and Stacie Bowman (Aaron); and his parents-in-law, Vicky and Jerry Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
