She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Martin. She is survived by: her parent Lela Gertrude Fouts (Covert); her spouse Harold Conway; her daughters, Sandy Long, Sue Hartsough (Steve) and Sherry Applegarth (Steve); her grandchildren, Nikki Miller, Tyson Sharkey and Brandy Kramer (Clarence); her great grandchildren, Olivia Miller, Cierra Kramer and Madison Kramer; her great great grandchild Anastasia Moore; and her siblings, Ralph "Bud" Fouts (Mary Jo), Robert Fouts and Marilyn "Bunny" Borne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
