With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Knotts of Uhrichsville, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on July 12, 2020 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine Knotts to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Miller and Callie Miller (Haney); her granddaughter Nicole Kinsey; and her sisters, Mildred, Viola and Ruth.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad Knotts and Kirt Page (Christy); her grandchildren, Klaye Knotts, Vincent Page and Kameron Page; her siblings, Joseph Miller and Virginia Jones; and her former husband Charles Knotts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the James Cancer Hospital Solove Research Institute.
