She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Haskins. She is survived by: her parent Nancy Elizabeth Craig (Johnston); her spouse James Roger Duggan; and her son James R. Duggan.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions honoring her memory may be made to Salvation Army of New Philadelphia/Dover, Tuscarawas County Humane Society of New Philadelphia, and Trinity Episcopal Church of New Philadelphia.
