He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard E. "Bud" and Daisy V. Fowler (Pierce); his wife Donna J. Fowler (Archer); his sisters, Jane Wease (Jay) of Uhrichsville and Marsha Fowler of Uhrichsville; and his granddaughters, Payton Marie (Pater Tater) and Autumn Elaine Fowler (Goober).
