She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rhonda Affolter and Ricky Lee Henry. She is survived by: her father Earl Henry Sr. of Uhrichsville; her siblings, Earl Henry Jr. (Janet), Darran Henry (Lori), Angel Elwood, Brandy Meyer (Vince), Riki Jo Henry and Bob Henry (Kim); her friend Pat Day; and her pet Bobo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
