He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Raymond and Dorothy Eileen Mathias (Cecil). He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Parrish, Diane Mehok and Rebecca Caldwell (Roy); his grandchildren, Brittany, Rachel, April, Seth, Ryan, Samantha and Emily; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Maci, Aaron, Aiden, Madeliene, Alex, Lydia, Penelope, Everly, Elaina, Easton and Sophia; and his sister Beverly Deems. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
