He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Kinsey Leeper, Sr.; his wife Linda Diane (Capstack); his stepfather Louis "Pop" Kerschbaumer; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Johnson, Earl Tinney and Jackie Brown.
He is survived by: his mother D. Iris Kerschbaumer (Decker) of Uhrichsville; his children, Amy C. Hart (Theron Berger), Betsy Sanders (Joseph Crites) and Larry W. Leeper, Jr. (Shelly); his grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Anne, Abby, Jimmy, Joseph, Taylor, Jonathan, Larry III, Cherokkee and Cheyenne; his siblings, Gary Leeper (Mary) and Dorothy Tinney; and his siblings-in-law, Ernie, Linda Johnson, Michael Johnson and David Brown. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
