He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene Garrett and Rose Marie Garrett-McManues (Herbert). He is survived by: his son Michael Garrett (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jason Flood, Dylan Garrett, Keagan Stull and Sophya Stull; his siblings, Arlena Price, Charles Larkin, Kim Grove (Jeff), Monica Clark, Terri Hutchison (Randy), John Garrett (Teresa), Suzette McGinnis, Toni Jo Snively, Jamie Garrett and Kelly Garrett (Mandee); and his close friend Charlie Mayse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dennison Eagles (214 Grant St, Dennison, OH 44621).
