She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Vale; and her brother Steve Vale. She is survived by: her husband Herbert J. McKenzie Sr.; her siblings, Mark Vale (Dia), Wayne Vale, Linda Bivens and Nancy Vale; and her stepchildren, Cherry Brumbelow (Mark), Sandi McKenzie, Samantha Smith and Jim McKenzie (Veronica). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Community Hospice Truman House, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio.
