He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne D. Capes and F. Jane Capes (Arbaugh). He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Brady; his daughters, Cristin Beitzel (Scott) and Carrie Duncan (Scott); and his grandchildren, Madison Hemperly (Travis), Dylan McKibben (Cameron Patterson), Jacob Duncan and Samuel Duncan.
