He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Marie and Boyles; his fiancée Felicia Johnson; his siblings, Jenny Greer (Jamey), Frank Smith IV, Shane Smith, Jerrod Smith and Mandy Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Stacy Ferrell, Shelly LeMonte (Dennis), Christina Bridgeman (Rick), Linda Tyler (Randy) and Deb Heddleston (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Akron Children's Hospital.
