She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester James and Anna Vern Plotts (Houk); her former husbands, Harold Starkey and Robert Pittis; her children, Lance Starkey and Jan Starkey; and her siblings, June Speer, Glenn and Dwight Plotts.
She is survived by: her children, Lorri Chesla (John), Kelly Benish (George), Patrick Starkey and Lisa Brown (Jon). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; a special cousin, Thelma Aldergate; and dear friends.
