He was predeceased by: his father James Richard Maxwell, Sr.; and his close friend Sonja Leas. He is survived by: his mother Linda Maxwell (Comp) of Newport; his sons, Josh Maxwell (Josh) and Michael Maxwell (Erica); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Tyler, Stephen and Lauren; and his brother Bob Maxwell (Robin).
