He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard N. Keller and Racheal Snodgrass; his former wife Carolyn Keller; and his brothers, Leroy and David Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Barr Keller; his daughters, Vickie Fouty (Jim) of West Virginia, Sue Ritenour (Jeff) of Mineral City, Cathy Fuller (Brad) of Coshocton and Valerie Davis (Robert) of West Virginia; his stepchildren, Kim Volkert (Russ) of Dover and Wendy Kourie (DJ) of Dover; his brothers, Bob Williams (Barbara) of Florida and Jess Williams (Mary) of West Virginia; and his granddaughter Stephanie Keller. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.
