James B. Armstrong Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2024, at the age of 85, James B. Armstrong of Uhrichsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Marion and Florence Olive Armstrong (Renicker); his siblings, William "Bud" Armstrong, Marion Armstrong, Margaret "Shirley" Kelly and Gertrude "Jane" Long; and his daughter-in-law Josephine.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dale Lake; his sons, Bruce Armstrong (Patty), Todd Armstrong (late Josephine) and Tim Armstrong (Eliza); his grandchildren, Todd Armstrong, Jr. (Angela), Curtis Armstrong (Billie) and Ashley Deems (Cody); his sister Dorothy Armstrong; and also Jerry Harshey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his wife.

Charitable donations honoring his memory may be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare Truman House and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
