He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Richardson and Maudine Richardson (Meddows); his mother-in-law Matilda Robinson; his sister-in-law Mert Richardson; and his granddaughter Stefanie Risher.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Arlene McPeek; his children, Theresa Gray (Randy), Diana Henry (Jay), Hoyt "Jamie" Richardson (Suzie Williams), Danny Richardson, Lisa Risher (Rick) and David Richardson; his grandchildren, Heather Enos (Mike), Chasity Warner (Jamie), Chad Henry (Michele), Todd Henry (Tara), Corey Henry (Andi), Scott Richardson (Danielle), Nathan Richardson (Nikita), Ashlee Richardson (Dustin Rose), Cody Richardson, Jordon Richardson (Miranda Noel), Kayla Burcher (Chase), Katie Pastircak (Kyle), Drake Richardson and Kristin Trimmer (Cody); and his siblings, Helen Allen (Noel), Gerald Richardson and Leon Richardson (Ramona). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
