It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grant B. Haney of Uhrichsville, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Shaw and Susan Haney; and his pet Piper. He is survived by: his parents, Clint Haney and Melissa Haney of Uhrichsville; his grandmothers, Linda Shaw of Gnadenhutten and Dorothy Haney of Uhrichsville; his great-grandparents, Benjamin Haney and George Slocum; his uncles, Brett (Jenny Shaw), Matt (Tiffany Shaw), Tony (Kim Hunter) and Richard (Alicia Millard); his cousins, Kyle Johnson, Olivia Shaw, Allison Shaw (Christian Engle), Clay Shaw, Sophia Shaw, Luca Hunter, Cora, Maverick Johnson, Emmett and Ellie Engle; and his great-aunt Dorothy Applegarth. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
