We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2021, at the age of 71, Frank William Specht of Uhrichsville, Ohio, born in Dennison, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Bernice Idella Specht (Crimm); and his sister Linda Sue Buckey. He is survived by: his wife Veda Marie Stephens; his son Robert W. Specht (Sara Kenosky); his siblings, Kathleen Romig (George) and George Specht (Amy); his nephews, Ron (LeeAnn) and Brad Buckey (Jackie); and his niece Linda Stephens.

All who attend must wear a mask and observe social distancing.
