He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer C. Pfister and Alice Lucille Pfister (Klein); his brother Ronald Pfister; his sister-in-law Linda Pfister (Kennedy); and his cousins, Ralph Lahm and Phillip Caldwell.
He is survived by: his spouses, Sharon Pfister (Robinson) and June; his children, James Leggett (Georgia), Scott Leggett (Toni), Lisa Swaney (Robert) and Tammy Durbin (Eric); and his grandchildren, Melinda Reeder, Maurah Leggett, Jamie Leggett, Mckenzie Goodrich, Kimberly Edwards (Jason), Chase Swaney (Kyle Morgan), Clayton Swaney, Andrew Durbin (Emma), Nicholas Durbin and Reagan Durbin. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren with another on the way; and many beloved extended family.
