She was predeceased by: her parents, Craig Forrest and Edna Belinda Owens (Kelley); her former husband Charles Emory Tatman; her stepson Charles Edward "Butch" Tatman; her brother James Kelley Owens (Dennison Ohio); her grandmothers, Mayme and Lizzie Kelley; and her cousin Glenn Arnold of Cambridge, OH..
She is survived by: her husband Tatman Lumber; her children, Michael Tatman (Esther), Mark Tatman and Sarah Grezlik; her stepson Orville Tatman (Debora); her son-in-law Ron Grezlik of Uhrichsville; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Parrish (Jason) of Uhrichsville, Alexander Tatman (Kristi) of Dennison and Serena Faye Rose (Jeremy) of New Philadelphia; her nieces, Lorri Yockey (Owens) and Doris Tatman; her friend Thelma Albaugh of Dennison Ohio; her siblings-in-law, Gerald "Gary", Margaret Wright (Tatman) and Dallas "Dal" (Betty); her caregivers, Jessica Kamban, Angel Tantarelli and Jason Wright; and also, Polly Wright of Uhrichsville, Bill, Jennifer Brown of Mineral City and Norma. She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
