He is survived by: his children, Dustin A. Affolter (Christine), Nicholas P. Affolter (Margie) and Ivory D. Affolter (Mark Devore); his grandchildren, Jackson, Kamryn, Natalie, Zachary, Lily Affolter, Charlie, Seth, Spencer and Maggie Melzer; and his siblings, Tena West (Jim), Barb Colvin (Bob), Karen Morris (Steve), Pink Hoop (Karl), Becky Bennington, Cathy Menefee (Willard), Jimbo Affolter (Bubbles), Bob Affolter (Donna) and Ben Affolter (Julie).
