She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Kozak and Mary Kozak (Prysiaznuik); her sisters, Ann Skok and Pauline Katona; her son-in-law Mark Page; and her grandson Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Robert, Denise Mager of Washington, Dale, Vicki Mager of Utah, David, Monica Mager of Streetsboro, Michael Searls (Angie Burton) of New Philadelphia, Mary and Wayne Grosenbacher of Dennison; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Cody, Michael, Kristen, Jeff, Jason, Melissa, David, Lori and Tascha. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
