She is survived by: her children, Melissa Smart of Uhrichsville, Tina Smart of Uhrichsville and Jason McGuire of Uhrichsville; her brothers, Carl Mullins Jr. of New Philadelphia and Kenneth Ray Mullins (Ida Hurst) of Dover; her grandchildren, Fernett of Montana, Samantha Stevens, Glenn Whitten and Levi Smart; and her nieces and nephews, Emily Marie Wilson, Mikal Bloom, Jimmy Bloom, Aaron Mullins, Bryan Mullins and Danielle Mullins. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
