He is survived by: his spouse Shelva Jean Riley; his children, Dale Mitchell, Gala Sullivan (Walt), Jeff Mitchell (Tami) and Steve Mitchell (Christine); his grandchildren, Ashley, Lucus, Cody, Trent, Madison, Brayden and Cayleah; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Kaydence, Wesley, Makenzie, Devon, Hunter, Makena, Nakaya, Cooper, Cole, Dawson and Laikyn; his great great grandchild Willow; and his siblings, Jack Mitchell and JoAn Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
