She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford E. Mencer and Lena Marie Mencer (Reese); her husband Frank R. Finnell; her siblings, Mildred E. Seegers, Alice C. Mencer, Ruth E. Knoblett, Klines M. Mencer and Francis E. Mencer; and her stepfather Charles "Adam" Bucy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
