He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dexter and Thelma Dexter (Martin). He is survived by: his children, Peggy Ann Dexter, Darrel Thomas Dexter, Tina Kimes (Jamie), Terrance Alan Dexter, Karen Perry, Maxine Peppers (James), Daren Dexter and Angel Householder; his siblings, Eldon Dexter, Chris Grimes (Scott), Jerry Meeks (Dave), Cherokee Mohler (Jeff), Charlene Berry (Kermit) and Willy Dexter; and his friends, Randy Smith, Bill Brim, Ralph Perry, Carl Enos and Mark Mathias. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
