It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale W. Smith (Uhrichsville, Ohio), born in Dennison, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Antonia Smith (Holzmann); his daughter Kailee Smith; and his brother-in-law Scott Oberholzer. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Eugene Smith; his wife Pamela Smith (Morris); his daughter Kiersten Young (Dustin Castello); his grandsons, Chase, Braylon and Makai; and his siblings, Barb Oberholzer, David Smith (Dotti) and Michael Smith (Lori). He is also survived by extended family including nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
