She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wharton and Ethel Van Dine; her brother Charles Wharton; and her daughter Debbie Milburn. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Milburn of Dover, Billy Milburn (Jeannine) of Uhrichsville and Shawna Milburn of New Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jason, Brandy, Brent and Billy Jr.; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Trigg, Turner, Adeline, Lincoln and Grayson; and also, Miki Conklin and Rascal.
