It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Milburn (Uhrichsville, Ohio), who passed away on February 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie W. Thompson and Vera Thompson (Prosperi); and her husband James L. Milburn. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Milburn (Nadine), Duane Milburn and Ken Milburn, Sr.; her grandchildren, Gary (Jill), Cathy, Duane "D. J." (Heather), Troy (Nikki), Ken II (Missy), Shawn and James "J. R."; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Rylee, Carson, Rylan, Brady, Lilly, Ellie and Zella; and her close friend Peggy Bernard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
