He was predeceased by: his parents, Simmie Clemons and Charlene Clemons (Barnett); his son Mikey Moreland; his sister Sherice Clemons; and his close friend Kimberly Moreland.

He is survived by: his children, Andrea Clemons, Andre Clemons II, Maegan Searcy, LaToya Lyles (Jamar), John Moreland and Tyler West; his grandchildren, C. J., Nakiah, Kenahdee, Jamar Jr., Abreanna, Makia, Elijah, Zion, Marshawn, Malayah, Jaiden, Nyomi and Jeremiah; his siblings, Carlos Clemons and Tracy Patrick; and his nieces and nephews, Saquoia, Zakeeia, Akeevia and Travon.
