He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane; his children, Amy Chuppa (Mike), Aaron, Steven (Carla), Staci Ducher (Matt) and Lindsay (Scott Sherwood); his grandchildren, Mia, Ava, Blake Chuppa, C. J., Caden, Rowyn, Ryker and Rhen Ducher; his parents, Stephen and Clare; and his siblings, Dale, Kathy Streetz and Jeff.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119.
