She is survived by: her children, Jarrett Spears (Sherrie), Richard Spears (Pam), Glenda Patch (Gregory), Cindy Spears, Dennis Spears, Kathy Hulett (David) and Daniel Spears; and her grandchildren, Stacey Spears, Jennifer Spears, Kevin Spears, Jonathan Spears, Dawn Spears, Mathew Spears, Rachel Spears, Jake Spears, Lillie Spears, Carrie Page, Erin Patch, Joshua Patch, Paige Roderick, Alex Roderick, Joshua Spears, Isabelle Hulett, Olivia Hulett, Katilyn Spears and Wyatt Spears. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
