He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Florence; and his sister Charlotte Dahlka. He is survived by: his spouse Beverlee; his daughters, Lisa Purcell (Mike), Jill Ziegler (Frank) and Jennifer Keller (Jon); his grandchildren, Becca Ryan (Ben), Christopher Purcell (Mickala), Emily, Elizabeth, Melanie Keller, Cate and Grace Ziegler; his great grandchild Caroline Ryan; and his sister Marilyn Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Dick's name to Ss.
