She is survived by: her children, William Jay Leverenz (Sandy) and Amy O'Malley; her grandchildren, Robert, Jennifer, Katherine, Scott (Jessie) and Sean; and her sister Sally Cugini (late Carmen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
