She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mugnano and Eva Mugnano of Cleveland; her husband Leonard J. Banasik; and her son Dave. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Palazzolo, Onofrio, John Banasik, Jennifer and Joyce McKinney; her siblings, Fran Vitt (Federico), Ron, John Mugnano, Sr. and Colleen; and her grandchildren, Derek Root, Debbie, Courtney Stanessa, Mike, Nicholas Palazzolo, Lauren, Dale (DJ) and Zach Banasik.
