He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marilyn C.; his children, Peter (Dana), Matthew (Christine Petti), Michael (Verinique), Mary Kay and Patrick (Becky); his grandchildren, Peter, Nicole Dearth, Sarah Kendall, Byron, Amayah, Ivory, Kaitlyn and Nathan; his great grandchild Bodie; and his brothers, Danny, John, George, David and Paul Judy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Byron suggested to the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank, or the ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter.
