He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Afonda Chojnacki (Matt) and Steven Skaggs; his siblings, Philip Skaggs (Carrie) and Stephanie Buck (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Lillian, Steven Skaggs, Savanna and Hailey Buck.

Memorial contributions may be made in Allen's memory to St. Rita School Endowment Fund, 32820 Baldwin Rd, Solon, OH 44139. One time donations can be made to the school's fund through the St Rita Parish's website http://www.stritaparish.com.
