He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stutler and Effie Stutler (Stewart); his wife Stella Mae Stutler; and his siblings, Lee Stutler, Gene Pringle, James Pringle and Blondina Lincolnhoger.
He is survived by: his children, Angel and Bill; his children-in-law, Melinda Stutler of New Philadelphia and Scott Pennington of Bolivar; his grandchildren, Ashton Cunningham (Zane), Tyler, Carter, Aminha Stutler, Mikala Harding (Nick), Cole Myers (Kali), Zac, Amber, Riley and William Pennington; his great grandchildren, Natalee, Jenson, Jackson Cunningham, Hudson, Grayson Harding, Brooke, Payton and Aubrey Myers; his sisters, Barbara Tinney of Uhrichsville and Carol Jean Rolince of Virginia Beach; and his close friend Bev Wise.
