She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lee and Mary Ellen McCullough (Coryea); her husbands, Kenneth "Rich" Kohler and Jerome "Jay" Yosick; and her sister Jeanne Leatherman.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole and Andrew Yosick; and her granddaughter Makenzie Riley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
