He is survived by: his wife Linda Swigert (McCamant); his children, Shannon Boitnott (Brian) of Dayton, Lester Swigert of Dennison, Shelley Spellman (Chip) of Dennison and Lonnie Swigert (Andrea) of Uhrichsville; his grandchildren, Roger "Buddy" Smith, Josalynn Smith (Shane), Madison Swigert (Cody Searls), Sierra Swigert, Anthony Spellman, Alexandra Swigert, Elaina Swigert and Olivia Swigert; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Smith and Myah Swigert; his siblings, Carla Janusik, Roger Swigert (Abbie) and Lloyd Swigert (Linda); his friend Ron Hoopingarner; and his caregivers, Tonya and Emanuel Grijalva Hernandez. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
