He is survived by: his wife Sara "June" (Keefer); his children, Steven Phillips (Myra Allen) and Shirley Reichman (Loren); his grandchildren, Michelle Caldwell (Jeremy), Matthew Frizzell (Dawn) and Kimberly Roth (Rick); his great grandchildren, Savanah Frizzell, Maddex Caldwell, Landen Roth, Paisyn Caldwell, Karsyn Roth, Paxtyn Caldwell and Brynlee Roth; and his stepgrandchildren, Marla Davidson (JR, family: Lonnie Allen) and Ronnie Allen (Pam).
