She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thomas and Helen Dorothy Welday (Mudron); and her brother John Welday. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Phillips MD; her children, Zachary Phillips (Rachel), Samantha Tutwiler (Tommy), John Phillips (Leah) and Joseph Phillips; her grandchildren, Ellie, James Phillips, Lily and Levi Tutwiler; her sister Kathy Oprisch (Karl); her sister-in-law Jodi Welday; and her mother-in-law Daphne Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
