He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lewis and Marjorie Lewis; and his daughter Keri Jo Eberhardt. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Smallwood; his son Ronald Lewis (Jennifer); his son-in-law Brian Eberhardt (Peggy Brooks); his grandchildren, Jordan Proffitt (Cody), Mia Lewis, Liam Lewis and Micah Lewis; and his sister Dalene Swinderman (Floyd). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
