He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Baker and Revelle Baker (Johnston); his wife Mary Helen (Devaul); his children, Victoria Ann Baker and Thomas Miles; his granddaughters, Emily Martinelli and Melissa Miles; and his former wife W. Gracann Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Baker (Maureen), Robert Miles (Linda), Rhonda Beans (Larry), Sheila Donohoe (Paul) and Sharon James (Todd); and his grandchildren, Michelle Heter, Natalie Baker, Heather Dayton, Kyle Armstrong, April Miles, T. J. James, Troy James, Jerrod James, Jenna James and Victoria Miles. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
