She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Smith and Anna Belle Smith (Trushell). She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Norman (Dave) of Newcomerstown, Glenn "Bubba" Smith (Bonnie) of Uhrichsville, Rose Smith of Tuscarawas and Christina Smith of Pennsylvania; and her uncle Ralph Trushell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
