He is survived by: his parents, Thomas A. Baker and Jean-Anne Baker (Eichel) of Tuscarawas; his brother Tommy Baker (Heidi) of Tuscarawas; his nephew Pvt; and his nieces, Ashleigh and Avery Baker of Tuscarawas.
The family will require those attending the service to wear masks and practice social distancing.
